Corporate Sales Manager – Up to £45,000 +Bonus

Role:

I am looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join this fantastic independent group of bars selling 3 event spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries, planning, and preparing all event documentation, and ensuring the team reach pre-determined targets for each site.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in events/corporate events and hospitality.

Someone willing to stretch themselves to exceed expectations and help others do the same.

Experience with booking large groups 300+ people is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals
• Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability of the event
• Working towards team and individual targets
• Client show rounds and tastings
• Create detailed event documentation for smooth handover to operations
• Maintain and update the event diary and CRM system
• Handle incoming enquiries for conference, meetings and events
• Create bespoke proposals specific to the client brief
• Meet and greet clients on arrival
• Follow up with clients to generate return business
• Complete all event admin to the highest standard
• Create function sheets to hand over to operations team

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within events or venues
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task
• Are passionate about delivering high quality and unique events
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent team players with strong administration skills
• Well presented
