Junior Residential Conveyancer

Clayton Legal are delighted to be working with a traditional high street law firm who are looking to recruit for a Junior Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their office near Chorley.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 3 years experience working as a Conveyancing and hold a good understanding of Conveyancing process including Sale, Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold although additional training will be on offer.

In this role you will manage a case load of around 60 mainly sale files with some purchase conveyancing transactions as well as some Transfer of equity and remortgage cases from inception to completion, working among a small friendly team who are all working together for the same end goal.

This role is Full Time permanent role with some potential for flexibility if required, Salary on the role ranges from £22,000-£28,000.

Great opportunity for potentially a Senior Conveyancing Assistant wanting to make the move to Fee Earning or a Fee Earner looking to work in a close team environment.
