Duty Manager (Night)

Location: Perth, Scotland

Salary: £27k per year + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, 45 Hours per week

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Night Manager to join a fantastic unique fine dining hotel in Perth.



The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Duty Night Manager with a passion for great service and people.

This role provides the opportunity to work in a prestigious 4-star country house hotel.

The Night Manager will have their finger on the pulse when it comes to the operational side of the hotel and be responsible for supporting the smooth running of all aspects of the property.

Requirements:



* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry


* Demonstrated ability to supervise a team


* Knowledgeable about various areas within a hospitality setting


* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and IT systems


* Flexible availability for different shift times


Duties:



* Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth running and operation of the hotel


* Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to guests at all times


* Deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service during the night shift


* Personally assist in resolving issues and completing tasks


* Handle and resolve issues promptly, providing feedback to teams


* Efficiently and effectively handle guest enquiries


* Manage banking, reservations, and cash handling


* Supervise the night team


* Maintain a thorough awareness of all hotel areas
