Arboriculture Officer

Service Care Solutions have an exciting position working with a local authority based in Lambeth, London who are recruiting for an Arboricultural Officer to support the environmental team provide a high quality, customer-focused service dealing efficiently and effectively with all aspects of work related to trees on private land, in conservation areas, and trees protected by tree preservation orders, and provide advice on high hedges and landscape design.

This will include the making of tree preservation orders, dealing with all types of applications for works to trees, acting as an expert witness in tree matters for all types of appeals or hearings and the provision of specialist advice on the care, management, and planting of trees and shrubs.

If you are experienced in a similar role and have a qualification in Horticultural work, this is the ideal role for you.

Due to the nature of this vacancy, you will have a Full UK Driving License to get to certain locations within the Lambeth area.
