Azure Engineer - Dynamics 365 - Hybrid


1-2 days on site per month in Bracknell



Azure Engineer required for a leading organisation based in the UK, where you will be responsible for expanding, developing, implementing, supporting, and operationalizing our cloud practice.



The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure, applications and security knowledge and will be working within the Group Enterprise Applications Support Team, reporting into the Technical Architect.



Key responsibilities:
, Assess functional needs to determine best approach for complex integrations.
, Development and delivery of Azure resources.
, Perform a wide range of system administration duties including Azure Subscription management, integrations, and networking suggestions for the clients Azure infrastructure.


, Assess adequate access controls based on least privilege and need-to-know methodologies.
, Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades within your area.


, Apply security policies to all applications and services in active use by the Group and producing suggestions to shut down/decommission those no longer required.
, Implementing security tools and controls
, Lead and participate in complex integration and implementation projects.


, Monitoring, analysing, and assisting in the maintenance of the clients Azure infrastructure.


Key skills:
, Experience with Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Office365 Message Encryption, architectural design, migration management and support of large-scale implementations.
, Significant experience in: Microsoft Azure Logic and function apps; key vaults; service bus; VM; and data factory.
, Experience with: Azure Resource Management; Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2; Azure Synapse; Azure Blob Storage; Azure SQL; D365 Azure services; and Microsoft Dataverse oData services.
, Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
, Experience with Identity and Access Management principals in a least privilege model.
, Managed the Cloud hosting platform as well as the design and implementation of higher-level services such as the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS layers, Authentication/Authorization, Data encryption, Key management services integration and other security services.



Salary:
The salary my client is offering for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and bonuses depending on annual performance.
