Warranty Administrator - Aylesbury - up to £34,000 - Car dealership

- Working hours flexible - 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm

Our client, a well-established main dealership in Aylesbury, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the processing and management of warranty claims for vehicles.
 
Warranty Administrator Key Responsibilities:

- Processing warranty claims for commercial vehicles, including all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims, including financial data
- Providing support and advice to the dealership's service team regarding warranty issues
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required

 
Warranty Administrator Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
