Development Solicitor

Award-winning, Legal 500 ranked law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Development Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Our client is a highly respected legal practice who heads one of the leading and most well-established Real Estate teams in Birmingham.

As a Development Solicitor, you will be advising clients on real estate acquisition, development, funding investment and asset management requirements across a range of projects within the Private or Private Sector such as:

• Large Scale City Centre Regeneration


• Residential Developments


• Garden Communities


• Delivery of Infrastructure (Highways, Bridges, Commercial Development)

The successful candidate will ideally have 4-8 years PQE and has previous experience within a large firm.

You will also be able to demonstrate excellent client care, organisational and communication skills, are personable and wants to work as part of a fully integrated team.
