The Role

My client is looking for a strong Executive Chef to lead the team in this prestigious high volume B&I site.

As Executive Chef, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team and your main responsibility will be to develop the business and drive it forward through excellent food, service, and standards.

• Knowledge of all health and safety and kitchen costings.
