Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with business requirements.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow platform issues.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or similar role, with a solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
