Mechanical and Electrical Test Engineer - Permanent 

Days Shifts - Early Finish Friday

Peterborough / Stamford / PE9

£13.71 Per Hour - Overtime Available

My client is an established firm in the manufacturing sector, based in Stamford and commutable from Peterborough, Billingborough and Melton Mowbray.

They are currently looking for a skilled Test Engineer to test and inspect Loadbanks and Dynamometers. 

 

The Role - Test Engineer:

- Mechanical and Electrical inspection of Loadbanks and Dynamometers

- Live Electrical Testing

- Configuration, setup and calibration using internal and external software

- Machinery Safety Testing 

 

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Test Engineer :

- Experience in Electrical Testing/Troubleshooting 

- Understanding of Electrical Schematics 

- Minimum ONC or equivalent Electrical Engineering

- Able to commute to the PE9 area

 

The Package - Test Engineer:

- £13.71 per hour

- Onsite parking

- Overtime available 

- Shifts-7.30-4.30 Monday - Thursday - 11.30 finish Friday
