Job: Support Worker - Full training provided

Location: Runcorn

Salary: Up to £25,500 (Including sleep in allowance)

Role: Full-time, Permanent

The home currently supports vulnerable children and young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties.

Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

• Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.


• Display yourself as an appropriate role model


• Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience


• Encourage positive life experiences for the children


• Assist management with writing and maintaining of placement and risk management plans


• Support and encourage educational engagement
