Senior Support Worker

You will be working for a leading provider that specialises in supporting vulnerable adults.

This is a full time, permanent role that pays £21,000 per annum


As a senior support worker, you will support the Manager ensuring high quality standards and care for supported living service based in Warrington.

You will supervise and coach staff, promoting choice and independence for the service users.


Performance management of staff, audits and Risk assessments, maintaining a high quality of care that is person centred and safeguards its residents.


To be successful you must:



  • Have proven experience within residential or supported living care for adults with autism, learning disabilities, or physical disabilities.

  • Experience in leading staff teams and performance management, audits and risk assessments

  • To have good knowledge of CQC, quality assurance and relevant legislation

  • An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or higher.


The successful senior support worker will receive:



  • £21,000 a year per annum
