Registered Manager

Are you an experienced Registered Manager working within children's social care looking for your next career step/move or a new challenge? I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a specialist provider supporting children and young people with challenging behaviours in Liverpool.

Duties of the Registered Manager are:



  • Support the overall management, compliance and financial's within your service

  • Maintain "good" ratings through effective leadership management and OFSTED knowledge

  • Proactively maintain and build your network to ensure high quality of care for the children and young people

  • Pass down knowledge and experience to staff and up coming managers under your remit including good practice and relevant information including regulations and market knowledge

  • Deal with any incidences proactively and efficiently

  • Create, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Developing a network of connections that benefit the children/young adults



What we need from you:



  • Level 5 in leadership and management desirable/willingness to complete

  • Experienced of managing a successful team within a children's residential environment

  • An good solid understanding of OFSTED regulations and relevant frameworks

  • Experience of improving and maintaining services at a "good" rating

  • Ability to work flexibly when necessary
