Estate Maintenance Officer

We are looking to offer a position for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Multi Trade Worker / handyman to work full time completing repairs and maintenance on site in Basingstoke

The role is working Monday to Friday 8.30am to4.30pm

The role.



As the Maintenance Handy Person you will take on all minor repairs to the building and the rooms on behalf of the client, including basic plumbing, basic decorating etc.

Making sure the building and rooms are in tip top condition.

Typical tasks include

Carry out repairs and maintenance duties in accordance with safe operating procedures and relevant health & safety policies.



Keep all windows, doors, kitchen units and furniture are in working order by repairing, replacing or easing and adjusting.



Maintain onsite facilities by repairing/replacing washers, taps, tiles, ball valves, WC seats, fuses, light bulbs, handles, locks and sealing around baths/sinks/showers.



Ensure all common parts are clear of potential hazards including those attributable to seasonal changes including external footpaths.

Keep clear air-bricks, gullies and low level guttering from blockages.



What you will need to apply

Good Organisation and Communication skills.
Experience of working in a similar role.
