THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Showroom Manager you will manage a showroom ensuring it is clean and well organised while maintaining showroom samples and making sure they are up to date and welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing and exciting company within the interior design sector industry.

THE ROLE:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, well-organised, and inviting environment that showcases our products and services.


• Maintaining showroom samples and displays including restocking samples and unpacking sample deliveries.


• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to offer a competitive edge and provide clients with the latest design options.


• Growing the brand and building on the company profile with architects and designers.


• Occasionally managing monthly events with the sales team.


• Assist with the creation, organisation, and execution of showroom events.


• Answering phone calls and emails, dealing with order status and queries.


• Initially shadowing sales team, gaining product knowledge, learning how to present the product range to architects and designers.


• Assisting sales team with client requests.


• Generating new business.

THE PERSON:

• This is a great role for someone with experience in a Sales/Showroom Sales/Retail Sales/Face to Face sales/ Showroom Manager role.


• Comfortable communicating and liaising with Architects & Interior Designers.


• Proven experience in showroom management, preferably within the interior design industry.


• Experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role would be a bonus.


• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Strong passion for sales and interior design.
