Get Recruited is partnered with an award-winning law firm in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Billing Clerk.

The Billing Clerk will mainly be responsible for assisting in the creation of invoices and credit notes and issuing these to customers and clients within the specific deadlines set.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Processing accurate invoices and credit notes using the in-house billing system


• Dealing with billing queries and enquiries via email and phone


• Processing WIP write-offs


• Dealing with all aspects of e-billing across all platforms, ensuring matters are set up and prepared for e-billing processes.


• Assisting in the distribution or dispatch of completed bills.


• Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as required by line manager.

THE PERSON:

• Must have experience in a billing position.


• 3E Management Software is desirable, but not essential.


• Working in a Law Firm or experience with SAR Solicitors Accounts Rules is beneficial.
