Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead a team of three engineers


• Handle electrical and mechanical repairs for machinery and equipment (e.g., cranes and conveyors)


• Combination of supervisory and hands-on work


• Perform PPMs, prioritise breakdowns, identify training needs, and manage small projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Engineering apprenticeship or minimum Level 3 engineering qualifications


• Experience in logistics or automated production


• Leadership experience preferred, but senior engineer or step-up roles considered

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 3 shifts (Earlies, Lates, Nights)
