*hotel with 60+ rooms is looking for Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the and F&B department.

Located in an idyllic location, they have a unique business model where guests can also become members.

About the position

• Manage several F&B outlets (restaurant and bar) and run the day-to-day operations providing high levels of service
• Stock control and wastage
• Support the meetings and events operations from a strategic point of view
• Training new employees and assisting in the recruiting new team members
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external guest satisfaction
• Reporting directly to the General Manager
• Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Lead the F&B team recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

The successful candidate

• Diploma in tourism or hotel management is desired
• Relevant experience managing f&b operations and leading a team
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Fluent in English is a must and German is highly desirable
