A Digital Marketing Manager is required to join a leading provider of automotive information and vehicle repair data, developing and implementing an innovative digital marketing strategy for Europe.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven background in digital marketing, excellent project management skills and an advanced knowledge of social media trends.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international business, developing their digital branding and new product launches.

This role is remote / home-office based with occasional travel throughout the UK and to company HQ in Cologne.

The Candidate:

  • Our ideal candidate will have completed a marketing, communications or related degree (or equivalent).

  • Proven, successful experience in a digital marketing lead / manager role is essential.

  • You should have an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques including social media networking and advertising.

  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practice and brand exposure techniques.

  • Previous use of marketing automation and lead management tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Act-on (or similar).

  • Exposure to the Adobe creative suite.

  • Our ideal candidate will be business fluent in English with an additional European language (preferred is German, Italian, French or Spanish).

  • Advanced project management skills are a must for this role.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to provide reporting.

The Role:

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing managers to develop and implement new and innovative digital marketing strategies across all platforms.

  • Research target audiences, record data from campaign results to add to future reports and oversee a company's social media channels and advertising to ensure brand uniformity.

  • Identify and evaluate the latest digital trends and technologies within the industry.

  • Analyse site traffic including click navigation, form fills and conversion rates.

  • Assess the online user experience and develop strategies to attract, engage and retain visitors.

  • Maintain customer communications with social posts, news articles, and other industry related information.

  • Create KPIs and objectives to measure the success of the organizational digital marketing capability.

    Prepare and presenting digital marketing reports with high accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop campaign budgets.

  • Partner with product management, operations, technology, UX, and creative teams to continuously improve and build new features, ensuring a consistent brand experience for customers.
