You will be tasked with a new challenge amongst a thriving office, providing onsite support to all staff.

In addition, one day a week, you will have the privilege to visit the best city in the world - London! Travel expenses paid for!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a 1st/2nd line support environment.

Along with a glowing attitude and readiness to develop, Citrix experience is also required.


* Provide response to 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service

* Manage your own Helpdesk ticket queue in a timely and efficient manner

* Document all calls in the firm's call logging helpdesk software ensuring all calls have complete notes and resolution information

* Working on and assigning tickets, understanding urgency and priority of calls

* Daily systems checks, monitoring and IT administration

* Support users in the use of computer equipment, systems and software providing training

Essential Skills and personal qualities

* Microsoft Exchange

* Windows 10/11 2019/2021 IoT

* Office 365 - all features

* Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop

* Hardware support & maintenance

* Adobe Acrobat

* Ability to use internal systems in relation to the role.
