Salary - £34,712 to £46,751 per annum.

Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated Occupational Therapist looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to work community based within the areas of Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford supporting patients within their own home within adult services.

Information on the Role:

• Occupational Therapists to carry out assessments of risk and deliver therapeutic interventions, which build resilience and enable independent living for vulnerable adults.
• working with a variety of adults who have differing needs related to a disability, physical or sensory impairment, or age-related frailty.
• You’ll bring experience of Occupational Therapy, modelling good practice and providing advice and guidance in complex situations.
  
  As, as a subject matter expert in relevant professional practice, you should have a comprehensive understanding of current legislation, regulations, and guidance.
  
  We’re looking for your ability to develop strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults.

• Evidence of continuing professional development and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.
• An in-depth understanding of the financial implications of commissioned care packages.
• The ability to make clear decisions, to highlight and limit potential risks associated with intervention.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Recent NHS experience
• Registered with the HCPC
