Social Worker Lead

A leading Private Hospital is looking for a Lead Forensic Social Worker who will be assessing the needs of patients in secure care.

You will be working with patients with Complex Mental Health needs and patients who offend.

The ideal Social Worker will have siginifcant experience of Safeguaridng, working with Complex Mental Health and within a Hospital environment.

Your responsibilities as the Lead Social Worker:

• Taking a lead role within multidisciplinary teams & best interest decisions


• Liaising with a host of external agencies


• Supporting carers and families of service users


• To actively participate in the development of the team


• Therapeutic working

Requirements of you as the Lead Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• A valid Social Work England registration


• Experience in a Hospital environment


• Significant experience of Safeguarding and working in Mental Health


• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North Cheshire

Salary Scale: £38,000 - £47,840
