Practice Manager

A Local Authority is looking for a Practice Manager for their Connected Persons team within the Fostering service in Northamptonshire.

This is a full-time, and permanent position with some hybrid working.

The ideal Manager will have Significant Fostering experience. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Practice Manager:

• Multiteam working


• Staff Management


• Quality Assurance


• Contribution to Service Development


• Working with the Signs of Safety approach


• Reporting to the Team Manager

Requirements for you as the Practice Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)


• Registered with Social Work England


• Senior Social Worker/Management experience


• Significant experience within Fostering/Connected Persons


• An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary Scale: £43,966 - £45,955 + benefits
