The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Retail Architectural Technologist to join their creative team.

Play a pivotal role in designing and developing retail projects to the highest standards.

you will collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design briefs and specifications.

Responsibilities:



* Prepare accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, etc.


* Conduct site visits for accurate assessments and measurements.


* Assist in refining design concepts, aligning with clients brand and functionality.


* Research and integrate innovative retail design solutions.


* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.


* Facilitate effective communication and project delivery.


* Conduct quality checks on design documentation.


* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


* Provide valuable input during design discussions.


Requirements:



* Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in retail projects (UK-based).


* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software


* Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.


* Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning permissions, and relevant codes.
