The Role:

Join their creative team as an experienced and skilled Retail Architectural Technologist.

Play a pivotal role in designing and developing retail projects to the highest standards of quality, functionality, and compliance.

Minimum 3+ years experience and technical expertise in UK building regulations and proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD are essential.

Responsibilities:



* Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design briefs for retail projects.


* Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and documentation using industry-standard software.


* Conduct site visits to assess retail spaces, surveying and measuring to inform the design process.


* Develop and refine design concepts aligning with the clients brand identity and functional requirements.


* Research and integrate innovative retail design solutions, considering latest trends and technologies.


* Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and permissions.


* Coordinate with the project team for effective communication and seamless project delivery.


* Conduct quality checks to maintain accuracy of design documentation.


* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


* Provide valuable input during design discussions to enhance project outcomes.


Requirements:



* Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an Architectural Technologist in retail projects (UK-based).


* Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.


* Proficiency in industry-standard design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.


* Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning permissions, and relevant codes.
