Welder

AQUMEN Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for Welder to join our growing client based in Hoyland, Barnsley on a Permanent Contract.

The Welder Role requires team players with experience, skills and knowledge in fabrication and MIG welding.

The role requires operating to high quality/workmanship standards within a world class manufacturing team and facility.

Requirements:

Fabrication & Welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified Company standards, and to operate automated plasma/seam welder.

A successful candidate will have:

• Experience of fabrication and welding
• Experience of using jigs and assembly fixtures to manufacture high quality repetitive components.
• Fully conversant with the MIG welding process
• TIG welding experience is preferred but not essential

Salary and Hours of work are:

£14.62 per hour - Fixed Day shift hours will be 07.30 - 16.30 Monday – Thursday & Friday 07:30 – 13.30

£14.62 per hour + Nightshift allowance - Fixed Night Shift hours will be 20:00 - 06:00 Monday - Thursday
