Qualified Financial Advisor

Due to their continual growth, our client is seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and self-motivated Qualified Financial Advisor to join their growing team in the Cavan Office

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, managing their investment portfolios, and ensuring they receive the best possible financial services.

The ideal candidate will have previous industry knowledge with proven proficiency of pensions, protection, investment regulations and financial planning.

Role responsibilities:

  • Identify financial opportunities within the existing customer base and external marketplace, creating a strong pipeline of business opportunities and developing strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience with each interaction, offering professional best practice advice.

  • Make recommendations and provide solutions to client's requirements ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and standards.

  • Provide ongoing services and advice to clients, build, and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Work to agreed targets and standards set out by the company.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) with a proven successful track record, ability to show previous responsibility for target delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly investments, pensions, and life assurance.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus, building long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all their financial needs.

  • Motivated, self - starter with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Active involvement in networking events to generate new quality connections and business opportunities.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, ability to produce consistent standards of work within reasonable time frames.

  • Candidates must pass all compliance and legal background checks before being selected.
