Working for one of the biggest names in Technology we are looking for an experienced individual within Sales Excellence.

The focus of the Sales Excellence Data Insights Analyst role is to be a sales enabler to support our sales growth and consumption.

You will be the driver of sales discipline and execution excellence, custodian of our sales tools and process supporting contract Value (DV) and consumption revenue (CR) growth and would be someone who enjoys working with complex data to create reports and to turn data into insights and provide recommendations.

This is a temporary contract with an initial end date of June 2024 but subject to performance and extensions this could extend to a full 18 months.

The role is paying up to £52,000 per annum working 40 hours per week with 1-2 days a week based at their offices in Reading.

The successful candidate will have a background from a large Technology organisation within Sales Enablement, Reporting/Sales Excellence with Advanced Excel skills including Macros, good Power BI experience as well as strong SQL.

This is the minimum requirement to be considered for the role.

Key accountabilities:

  • Planning & Executing: Support an effective sales rhythm to support CV and CR growth that includes sales coverage, territory & quota assignment, ensures integrated customer planning & collaborate with the sales and consumption functional leads providing actionable insights to drive actions that increase sales capability & business performance.

  • Supporting in driving a Healthy, Predictable Sales business: Coaching sales discipline & adherence to sales process & hygiene standards, driving pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline & sales execution, supporting sales managers accountable for quality & accuracy.

  • Supporting Customer Outcomes & Consumption: As a Sales Enabler supporting Growth & Consumption - supporting tools and process and adherence to our key motion of ‘fewer and deeper' by ensuring rigorous opportunity qualification and collaborate sales managers to land new tools and processes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Sales Excellence/Sales process, tools, reporting and enablement experience

  • Sales reporting and insights - Ability to: Create business insights and make recommendations to the Sales and Business Excellence Lead to drive required actions.

  • Skilled in advanced excel, SQL queries and Power BI to create reports and dashboard and tools to identify risks, upside & other related intelligence

  • Sales Enablement - Ability to: execute on sales strategy, effectively translating corporate strategy into area plans that deliver success.

    Skilled in integrated sales planning & execution, relationship building, collaboration, change management to the sales team to land new tools and processes.

  • Sales Excellence Driver - Ability to: drive sales discipline, accountability & high productivity.

    Skilled in supporting sellers and sales managers to drive sales excellence behaviour improvements & increase proficiency in lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene & deal forecasting through utilization & adoption of standard tools, applications & processes

  • Analytical mind and technical experience with SQL queries

  • Background in sales process and tools

  • MS Office proficiencies
