Warehouse Supervisor – Leading Non Alcoholic Beverage – Buckinghamshire - £30k

My client is growing and sophisticated non-alcoholic beverage company who has expanded across the UK and European Market.

This brand exhibits an absolutely exceptional culture along with ambitious plans for growth.

This company is one of the leaders in relationship building and product development.

They are currently on the search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and aid in the manufacturing process.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operation, the growth of the warehouse and the safety protocols involved.

 

The role itself will be key in delivering an exceptionally crafted product, and will need to assist in the expansion of the business.

 

You MUST have experience in Warehouse Management – ideally in the Drinks or Food industry.

 

Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day operation of the Warehouse
• Key in building the warehouse plan and growth strategy moving forward  
• Management of Goods in and out, along with packing and stock takes
• Full safety procedure management of the business
• Managing new distribution and export channels.

The ideal Warehouse Supervisor Candidate:

• Understanding of Warehouse Management and maximization – ideally in this role or similar.
• Experience with large equipment (forklifts etc..), along with a organized approach to paperwork
• Proven track record in safe working practices
• Strong passion for the Drinks Industry with a willingness to GROW
• Based in or around Buckinghamshire – this will involve 5 days on site
• A positive approach to work and happy to get stuck in
• Excellent team ethos and work spirit – a strong sense of culture
