UX Researcher

Experienced UX Researcher required for a growing design team who are passionate about designing complex products that solve real user problems intuitively.

The UX Researcher?s objective is to understand users' needs, goals and behaviours then represent them throughout the design process creating intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces.



User Experience Research is conducted as part of the company UX team who also integrate with UI designers, product managers, developers, other stakeholders.

Your focus will be educating colleagues on research, planning, conducting, and analysing information to gain insights on users that guide the design process.



Skills

UX research experience of complicated Desktop Applications.

Proficiency in research methodologies qualitative and quantitative including conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic research and data analysis.

Empathising with users and driven to advocate their needs, perspectives and desires.

User centred design principles and practices experience.

Bachelors or masters degree in, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Anthropology or related field.



Strong portfolio showcasing research projects, methodologies and impact of your work.
