Children Social Worker

A local authority in the South Yorkshire area is looking for an experienced Children Social Worker to join their Fostering Assessments Team.

Please note that this is a Locum position.

Responsibilities as a Children Social Worker:

• Have experience working with Kinship carers.


• Completing kinship assessments, such as Reg 24, connected carers, Coram Baaf, Form C reports, SGO's and Court Viability Assessments.

• Have a good working knowledge of Fostering regulations and family and friends' statutory guidance.

To be considered for this Social Work position, you must have:

• Valid Social Work England Registration.


• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Dip SW/CQSW) with AYSE year completed.


• Driver's License preferable.

Umbrella pay rate: £35.00 per hour.
