Hours: 4 on 4 off days 7am-7pm
 
This is a Fabulous opportunity to join an established and developing Food Manufacturer of premium products in a QA / Quality Auditing  role.

The role will report directly to Technical Manager
 
 
The role will involve:
 
·Monitoring factory & production standards, raising corrective actions as required, liaising with the appropriate department to ensure actions are closed off in a timely manner
·Arranging and carrying out any testing as required by the Food Safety HACCP Plan.

To collate samples and swabs according to schedule and to arrange retests as required.


·Auditing the Hygiene standards
·Reducing Product waste through regular auditing
 
 
Experience Required:
 
Experience of operating in a QA / Auditing role within the food / drink / Pharmaceutical industry.


 
 
This role may suit a candidate that has previously worked as a QA, Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Technical Assistant, Technical Admin, Food Science graduate and location wise is commutable from Wells, Shepton mallet, Frome, Bruton, Evercreech, Trowbridge, Wincanton, Castle Cary, Warminster, Westbury
