The Role of the Territory Sales Manger:

The main element of the role as the Hospital Business Manager is to sell an entire ophthalmic portfolio, consisting of IOL’s, Premium IOL’s, Surgical Instruments, Surgical Solutions and Ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.


You will be demonstrating and selling the equipment and consumables to ophthalmic surgeons, consultants, nurses and procurement.


Full support for the equipment/ diagnostic portfolio from the technical sales team.



Nice mix of new and existing business on this territory.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manger:

Looking for candidates with ophthalmology experience on either the surgical or equipment side.


Ideally you will have contacts and existing relationships on patch.


Must have a strong understanding of the NHS.


It’s all about drive, determination, and just getting on with the job in hand.


Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff within the NHS or Private Hospitals quickly.



Must be a fantastic relationship builder and maintainer.
