Up to £55,000 plus bonus

The Role:

• Awesome independent restaurant that’s had a hold on the scene for the last 11 years.
• Quality product and a very cool style.
  
  Its casual but done very well.
• 140 covers inclusive of a terrace with a PDR.
  
  It’s a neighbourhood restaurant that is pretty much always rammed – I know I used to ride past it daily!
• This role is more of a partnership, its owner operated, and we are looking for a GM who can manage the business from a 360 perspective – team leadership, guest experience, ordering, purchasing, recruitment, L&D, financial reporting and commerciality.
  
  You will really deliver on team culture and be a place want to work.
• Ability to be creative and think outside of the box, the owner is very open to new ideas and wants someone to run it as their own, they will incentivise heavily for this.
• Currently taking £1million a year with aspiration to do £1.25million.

• Financials and commerciality- ability to report into the owner on all transactions of the business.
