We are currently recruiting for a Reliability Engineer working on a DAYS in our fast paced food manufacturing company based in the Northamptonshire area.

The Reliability Engineer will be:

• Carrying out data analysis on the CMMS system using root cause analysis.


• Creating reports of patterns or breakdowns found on the CMMS system.


• Implementing PPM schedules liaising with maintenance.


• Reducing downtime and improving and simplifying processes.


• Involved with meetings with head of engineering to review spend on a 3 month basis.

Candidate

• The successful reliability Engineer will have experience in a similar role or of a engineering lead capacity.


• Coming from food manufacturing would be very advantageous for the position but not essential.


• Being able to analyse data and create reports is an essential part of the role.


• Having strong communications and problem solving skills and liaising with colleagues at levels.
