My client is an Established Brewery across the UK, with over 10 years of development and growth.

The brand prides itself on being one of the leading breweries in the South  and boasts an array of award winning and high quality beers.

They are currently on the search for a Sales Manager around the South EAST to support in winning new business, nurturing current accounts and growing this exciting brand.

The role will focus on driving sale and brand awareness across Bath, Bristol and the South EAST.

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in the success of the region.

The role itself will require travel across the South West! It’s time to get on the road…

This is a fantastic Sales Manager opportunity will be for someone who is driven, passionate and ambitious – plus a fan of all things beer!  

Sales Manager  responsibilities

• Develop a regional strategy of growing distribution, volume, and brand experience within a range of channels but primarily the On Trade
• Ensure our Brands are poured and merchandised to the highest level using the support available
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and tele sales
• Host staff training, beer events and be a brand ambassador for the brand.
• Fantastic communication with your customers and colleagues
• Ownership of your sales target

The ideal Sales Manager Candidate:

• Over 2 years working in a Sales / Business Development role
• Sales experience within the drinks industry, along with a passion for the field.
• Self-motivated and resilient with an ability to work independently.
• Great communication, target driven.
• Full driving license
