I am on the lookout for a Front Office Night Manager to join this luxury, boutique 4

*hotel in London.

My client is looking for a confident individual to join their team at this fantastic hotel in the heart of Fitzrovia.

About the venue and company

• Boutique 4
  
  * hotel, bar & meeting rooms

About the position

• Monitor and support the front desk team
• Responsible for managing the hotel during the night
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand
• Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
• Ensure that early morning deliveries from suppliers are checked
• Produce a comprehensive shift handover for the morning team
• 4 on 4 off

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Personal presentation, punctuality, and initiative
