School Chef Manager - £25.92 per hour - Monday to Friday, 8am - 2:30pm

We are looking for a SCHOOL CHEF MANAGER to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• To prepare and cook nutritional balanced food.


• To control portions and food cost management.


• Organise and supervise the food service.


• Allocate duties and responsibilities to kitchen staff and provide general supervision including staff inductions and food hygiene training.


• Ensure all supplies of food, equipment and cleaning materials are of the right standard.


• Ensure health, hygiene, and security of all personnel on the premises are according to statutory regulations.


• To complete adhoc tasks as required

Job Details:

• 8am - 2:30pm


• £25.92 p/h


• Enahanced DBS required
