Our client is a specialist in groundworks and RC frame contractor based in London.

They currently require a Hire Desk Controller to join the team.

The Hire Controllers process all customers orders.

This is a full-time role based at the plant office in Cranford (TW5).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the client to deal with any issues.


• Dealing with any customer queries.


• Ensuring all documentation is processed and orders received.

Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to react to changing demands in a professional manner.


• The ability to deliver an excellent customer experience both internal and external in line with the company.


• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written


• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style


• Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable


• Computer literate


• Demonstrated Commercial Awareness


• Must have a can do attitude


• With a focus on delivering customer service through quality, safety, sustainability and reliability


• Previous experience within the plant hire industry/tool hire sector is essential for the role.
