My client is an intimate organisation that specialises in providing quality care for older people and those with Dementia.

I am looking for an experienced Home Manager, who has a successful track record in leading staff teams to care for older people in a residential setting, a passion for Dementia care is a real bonus.

The Home Manager role is paying a salary from £35,000 to £45,000 plus a performance bonus (DOE) To be considered for the role, you must have :

• Previous Managerial experience in a residential setting


• Previous Managerial experience working with older people


• A Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent or be willing to work towards it


• Strong knowledge of CQC and relevant legislation


• Positive personality who is person centred, caring and has great interpersonal skills
