Loyalty Sales Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, or Nevada)

Salary: 95,000-135,000 DOE

My Client:

My client is a craft bar and kitchen that has multiple locations across the US.

This group has won several awards over the years and pride themselves on providing their guest top notch service! They are looking for a Loyalty Sales Manager to help them to continue to grow their brands and loyalty and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Working with external stakeholders to enhance loyalty program
• Build offers, campaigns and messaging
• Coordinate A/B testing
• Analyze guest data to curate unique and elevated experiences
• Own application content management
• Grow the brands ecommerce presence
• Coordinate virtual events
• Understand the impact of the catering operations to overall success of the brands
• Work with the operations teams to support our restaurants with implementation and execution of catering/ off-site revenue streams

The Person

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or sales
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Background in Hospitality is a must
• Strong analytical and marketing background
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Experience managing CRM and loyalty systems
