Nursery Practitioners (Level 3)

Location: Shefford, Bedfordshire

Salary: £11.20 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities:



* Delivering superior care and education to all children at the facility.


* Upholding high standards in nursery practices, environment, and resources in line with Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines.


* Ensuring accurate planning and assessment for key children.


* Fulfilling the role of a key person as defined in the policy.


* Supervising and conducting activities while providing constant support to children.


* Fostering equal access and opportunities for children, parents, staff, and visitors.


* Safeguarding the well-being of all children.


* Cultivating positive and professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.


* Adhering to health and safety protocols and contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of the nursery.


* Collaborating as a team member to uphold the companys values.


Requirements:



* Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner.


* A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification that is full and relevant.


* Paediatric First Aid certification.


* Fundamental understanding of Basic Safeguarding principles.


* Profound working proficiency with the Early Years Foundation Stage.


* Thorough familiarity with the prevailing Early Years Inspection Framework.
