My Client is a well-established Food Manufacturer based in Poole.

 They are now looking to recruit an experienced Hygiene Supervisor / Manager to work a 5pm to 2:30am Shift Monday to Friday.

 Reporting into the site Technical manager you will lead a team of hygiene operatives giving guidance and training as well as policing and auditing all housekeeping and hygiene across the site.

 This is a hands on role and you will ideally be an experienced Hygiene Manager or Supervisor with Food Manufacturing experience, looking to take on your next challenge
 
The Hygiene Supervisor / Hygiene Manager role will involve:
·Planning Hygiene schedules - ensuring that staff keep the site to required standards in order to meet customers and BRC requirements
·Training Planning - The work schedule of staff, ensuring all jobs are completed
·Development of Staff - Develop skills and achieve optimum staffing levels
·Health and Safety - Promote safety in workplace and comply with legislation
·Continuous Improvements Projects - Actively involved and promote new ideas
·Drive cost savings in hygiene and waste overheads
·Ensuring hygiene teams are fully resourced
 
Hygiene Supervisor / Hygiene Manager Experience Required:
·Previous Hygiene management experience in a food/drink environment
·HACCP
·Supervisory Experience
·Chemical training / COSHH
·Health & safety training
·Advance food hygiene certificate
