Site Manager

Our client is a specialist property developer who specialise in high quality residential led schemes in London and the South East.

They have recently secured a new project in Aylesbury, and they are now looking for a Site Manager to run the job.

This is a permanent full-time position.

This project will consist of converting 144 units into a residential building.

Competitive package on offer for the right individual.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Valid management CSCS card


  • Fit Out experience essential

  • Proven experience as a site manager on a similar type project

  • Experience in new build, commercial and residential

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Health & safety and first aid certification

  • Well-rounded knowledge of the construction sector

  • Strong IT skills

  • Car driver - desirable
