CNC Machine Programmer / Setter / Operator

CNC lathes / milling Programmer / Setter / Operator Permanent Opportunity 

Paying between £18.00 and £20.00 p/h 

Permanent role based in Coalville commutable from Nuneaton, Ashby de la zouch, Hinckley, Leicester and surrounding areas 

Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter Operator to join their expanding team.

- Interviewing immediately
- Start time14.00 Finish time 00.15.

Monday to Thursday
- 29 Hours a week
- Overtime paid at a premium

JOB PURPOSE

- To report to the production Supervisor
- Programming, setting and operating CNC Lathes or Milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Be competent in the use of manual measuring equipment E Micrometres, Vernier Callipers/Height Gauges, Bore mic's etc.
- Self inspection 
- Ability to read engineering drawings 
- Experienced in batch sign offs 
- Experienced in using Fanuc controls 

CNC Programmer Setter Operator 

CANDIDATE:

- Ability to programme set and operate Fanuc controls 
- Experienced in CNC lathes and milling 
- Highly skilled apprentice trained fabricator who can read engineering drawings cope with varied jobs and materials.
- More than 3 years industry experience 
- Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative
- Experience in a modern & progressive manufacturing environment.
