Salary up to £60,000 per annum
Things to know:
- Small Group of casual dining Deli and Bakery operations
Things you will be doing as a Head Pastry Chef:
- Report to the Group Chef
- Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day pastry kitchen
- Ensure the food standards are maintained.
- Continually review and refresh menu offerings
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
- Regular hygiene audits
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in a Bakery and Pastry production
- Strong planning skills
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
