Head Pastry Chef

Salary up to £60,000 per annum

Things to know:

  • Small Group of casual dining Deli and Bakery operations

Things you will be doing as a Head Pastry Chef:

  • Report to the Group Chef

  • Develop the team through leadership and coaching.

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day pastry kitchen

  • Ensure the food standards are maintained.

  • Continually review and refresh menu offerings

  • Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.

  • Regular hygiene audits

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a Bakery and Pastry production

  • Strong planning skills

  • Team management skills

  • High level of attention to detail
