Regulatory Solicitor

Leading, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

Our client is a Top 40 ranked legal practice that is reputable for their excellent workplace culture.

As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will be joining the Social Care and Governance team.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Managing your own caseload of adult social care matters including Court of Protection


• Undertake your own advocacy


• Instruct Counsel in relation to Court proceedings


• Provide advice to local authority


• Conduct professional meetings

The successful candidate will ideally have 1-4 years' PQE within Regulatory law, has experience with conducting advocacy, handles cases sensitively and with compassion and has top tier client care skills.
