Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive

SaccoMann have been instructed on a standout opportunity for a qualified Chartered Legal Executive to join a full-service and highly respected law firm based in Newcastle in their growing Dispute Resolution department.

They are a prominent law firm with an exceptional reputation across the North East region and have built an excellent rapport with their clients, including large companies, owner managed businesses, healthcare professionals and rural businesses, to name a few.

Joining a team of 15 fee earners, your role as a Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive will include handling cases independently in a wide range of matters whilst working alongside Partners on higher value and technically complex matters.

You will also be working alongside colleagues in their Company Commercial, Employment and Commercial Property teams to work to resolve contractual disputes pre proceedings and also deal with contested matters up to trial.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive with an up to date working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation process, a foundation in Company Law.

Contract Law, Property Law and Law of Tort.
