Head Of Finance - Real Estate 

Harper May is currently working with one of the most prestigious construction firms in London, their portfolio spans some the most iconic and luxurious buildings across Commercial and Residential Property.

They are looking for a Head of Finance to lead their finance function and report into the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of finance function and monthly management information pack
• Reporting and presenting to the board on a monthly basis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Support the Board with strategic decision making
• Full control of reporting and statutory compliance across the group

Desired Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of post qualified experience.
• Must have extensive Construction/Property Development industry experience
• Strong academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with management experience.
• Ability to perform to a high standard, within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
