OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE – CREWE - £22000 PLUS REALISTIC OTE £34000

We are working with a prestige company who are one of the top employers in the Crewe area.

Due to a huge growth period and continuing success, we are recruiting for experienced Sales Executive to join their supportive and friendly team.

Are you an experienced Outbound Sales Executive who loves sales but not cold calling? Then this could be the role for you.

The successful Outbound Sales Executive will be a star at selling and strives to provide excellent customer service at all times and ensure the customer receives exactly what they need.

SALES EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSE

To engage with existing customers and through promotion, negotiation and objection handling successfully close sales on the company’s own brand products.

SALES EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Direct outbound contact with warm customers
  • NO COLD CALLING!
  • Calls will be with an individual end user or a large business
  • Offer advice, remove doubts and close the deals
  • Working to targets
  • Promotion of own brand products
  • Build relationships
  • Update database

SALES EXECUTIVE KEY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience working as an Outbound Sales Advisor
  • Positive approach
  • Target driven
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to negotiate and handle objections
  • Establish a customers need through effective questioning
  • PC literate using Word and Excel

SALES EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL PACKAGE:

Offering a competitive £22000 basic salary, the company also conducts annual pay reviews.

In addition, there is a realistic OTE of £34000 but as this is uncapped so easily could exceed this amount.
